All of our properties are backed by a special Homeowner Protection Program: During the first year you are covered by the Wachter & Company limited warranty and the appliance manufacturer's one-year limited warranty. In addition, your home is protected by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Major mechanical systems - plumbing, electrical, central air conditioning and heating systems - are covered for two years, while major structural defects are covered for 10 years.
